I manage LMS governance, compliance, and performance support for organizations with complex operational needs. My role is translating requirements into learning structures that are practical, reliable, and scalable, while minimizing disruption for both leaders and frontline teams.
Own LMS governance, including structure, standards, access, and ongoing system hygiene
Manage compliance programs end to end, from setup and tracking through reporting and audit readiness
Configure and maintain learning programs that support operational roles without overcomplicating delivery
Translate business and regulatory requirements into LMS configurations that hold up over time
Work with HR, Legal, Operations, and IT to keep learning aligned with broader systems and processes
Identify and fix sources of friction that lead to adoption issues, manual workarounds, or reporting gaps
Ensure learning systems remain usable, auditable, and stable as the organization scales
You need LMS governance or compliance stabilized after implementation
Learning supports operational roles and regulatory requirements, not just development programs
The system has to work at scale without adding manual work or constant exceptions
You want someone who can own the backend and work effectively with HR/HRIS, Legal, Ops, and IT
