Working behind the scenes during a multi-day leadership event.
I design and govern learning systems that stand up under real operational pressure.
My background is rooted in large, complex organizations where compliance, scale, and trust are non-negotiable. I specialize in LMS administration, certification governance, and performance support that integrates directly with the systems people use every day.
I’m often brought in when learning environments have grown fragmented, reporting is unreliable, or training requirements are creating friction instead of clarity. My role is to bring structure, governance, and confidence back into the system without slowing the business down.
I care deeply about how learning actually shows up for people in the flow of work. That means clear rules, clean data, thoughtful automation, and tools that support execution, not just completion.
Systems before band-aids
Governance that enables, not restricts
Learning that earns trust through clarity and consistency
My career has been shaped inside one organization, intentionally.
I’ve spent nearly two decades at Portillo’s in roles that span restaurant operations, leadership, guest services, HR, and Learning & Development. That continuity gave me deep exposure to how decisions made at the system level actually land with frontline teams and leaders.
I came into learning through operations, not theory. I’ve been an assistant general manager across fast-casual, full-service, and banquet environments. I understand what it feels like when training doesn’t fit reality, when systems slow teams down, and when compliance requirements collide with the pace of the business.
That experience is what ultimately pulled me into L&D and what grounds how I work today. I design learning systems with deep respect for frontline execution, operational constraints, and the trust leaders need in their data.
