Built a governance-first training operations system supporting 9,000+ employees across regulated, high-volume programs.

Operational Control Dashboard

This dashboard served as the operational control layer for manager development programs spanning 500+ participants across five program levels. It consolidated fragmented LMS outputs, manual reconciliations, and ad hoc tracking into a single, governance-controlled source of truth.

The system was intentionally designed to support cross-functional use cases, including learner placement, enrollment validation, completion monitoring, and travel coordination, while maintaining data integrity and audit visibility.

The System

This system functioned as the operational backbone for training and certification oversight in a high-volume, regulated environment. It was designed to hold up under incomplete data, shifting ownership, and real-time executive scrutiny.

Governance Decisions (Not Features) 🔻

Data entry points were deliberately constrained to reduce downstream error and rework.
Certification status was calculated independently from LMS completion flags to avoid false positives.
Manual overrides were permitted but logged to preserve audit visibility.
Reporting views were separated from operational inputs to prevent accidental data corruption.
Error states were surfaced rather than hidden, forcing resolution instead of silent failure.

Legal teams could validate certification status without L&D mediation.
Operations leaders could identify readiness gaps without questioning data integrity.
Program leaders could manage learner placement and travel with confidence.
Executive reporting did not require reconciliation narratives or manual cleanup.
